  What if my new shoes do not fit properly or I have a problem with another product?  
    PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Exchanges of our Diabetes Supplies and Arthritis Support products are permissable within 30 days, only if the products are reusable.

SHOE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Diabetic shoes must be returned or exchanged with the original box within 30 days of the original shipment date.

DO NOT return shoes using the manufacturer's shoe box as the exterior shipping box.  Shoes returned in this manner will be assessed a $5.00 repackaging fee.

SHOE RETURNS
In the event that the diabetic shoes do not fit as anticipated, the customer is responsible for the return shipment charge to Planned Eldercare, Inc.®

SHOE EXCHANGES
Should the customer wish to exchange the original pair of diabetic shoes for a pair of a different size, Planned Eldercare, Inc.® will pay the UPS Ground shipping charge for sending the first replacement pair to the customer.  Any additional exchange shipment costs beyond that will be the responsibility of the customer.

CUSTOM INSERTS
Once custom inserts are made, they are non-returnable.

Diabetic shoes that are returned outside of the 30 day policy are subject to a restocking fee of $20.00 per pair.
 
     
  How do I reorder testing strips?  
    Our representatives will contact you 7 days before your next quarterly shipment to confirm necessity.  
     
  How often can I order products?  
    Planned Eldercare, Inc.® offers a variety of products.  Medicare and Insurance company policies may dictate how often specific products are reordered.  For example, Medicare will cover the purchase of one pair of diabetic shoes per year.  Our representatives are trained to find out what your needs are and request the appropriate products through your doctor.  
     
  I have not seen my doctor in a while.  Can I still order products?  
    Your doctor may require an office visit before granting approval if he/she has not seen you in a while.  Planned Eldercare, Inc.® requires the approval from your doctor.  The policy of each doctor's office may vary.  In addition, we can set up a visiting doctor in your area, if available.  
     
  Is the personal and medical information that I give you secure?  
    Planned Eldercare, Inc.® is HIPAA compliant, and we take the security of your information very seriously.  We do not give out the personal health information (PHI) of our patients.  The information you give us will only be used by Planned Eldercare, Inc.® to help you get the products you need to increase your independence and add to your overall quality of life.

  Do you offer Blood Pressure Meters?  
    Yes, Planned Eldercare, Inc.® has blood pressure meters and if you have diabetes and high blood pressure, we can supply you with a combination glucose and blood pressure that may be covered at no cost to you.  
   
  How soon can I receive products?  
    Planned Eldercare, Inc.® has all products in stock.  Once we receive the appropriate paperwork back from your doctor, we ship out your products within 24 hours.
